Dr. Busch is an out of network provider for most Colorado health insurance plans. She is in network for Poudre School District - EAS.

Dr. Busch is not currently in network with Wyoming Insurance Plans, but the practice is looking into it.

If you plan to file a claim with your insurance company, we are happy to provide you with a superbill (an itemized statement for services provided). You will then work with your insurance carrier regarding coverage, and procedures for reimbursement.

We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards, including Health Saving Account (HSA) cards. Payment will be collected at the end of your appointment or at the end of the business day.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling appointment. No shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time will be billed a full service fee.

Services Offered

This will be your first appointment, and it will last about 60 minutes. If we need more time, we will schedule a regular follow up appointment thereafter.
This appointment will last about 60 minutes and will require a few self assessement forms to be filled out assessing current and past ADHD symptoms. Then, after a clinical evaluation, we will discuss a diagnosis and treatment plan.
Medication management appointments are generally about 25 minutes in length. We will discuss your medication effectiveness, side effects, and what changes we need to make.
These appointments will last 60 minutes and will combine various psychotherapy techniques along with medication management and symptom management.
With this option, I would be happy to consult with your physician about your psychiatric needs and care in their practice. Fees will vary depending on the time.
The gold standard way to treat insomnia is through behavioral techniques through a series of 6-8 visits, with a goal of decreasing and eventually discontinuing sleep medication.
